Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service disruptions.

Account Creation

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish using our Service. You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies where you publish content.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using InstantSilo. This includes:

• • Silo structures and content organization
• • Keywords and research data you provide
• • Customizations and configurations

License to InstantSilo

By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

InstantSilo Intellectual Property

Our Service, including software, algorithms, trademarks, and proprietary technology, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology.

AI-Generated Content

While you own the output, AI-generated content may have limitations under copyright law. You should review and edit generated content to ensure it meets your quality and legal standards.

Billing and Payment

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using our Service will improve your search rankings, increase traffic, or achieve any specific business outcomes.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services (AI providers, analytics tools, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these external services.

Limitation of Damages

InstantSilo's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exclusion of Damages

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Force Majeure

Termination by InstantSilo

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• • Outstanding fees remain due and payable

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Brussels, Belgium. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

EU Users
