InstantSilo is a studio, not a publisher. The workflow is the same every time: describe the business, accept a structure, generate drafts, review them, and download a package. This page is the practical tour. The hub is the content foundation. Signup through first export is also summarised in docs.
1. Brief
Create an account (18+) and describe what you shipped: topic, audience, offering, and constraints. You can type the brief or paste a product prompt from a coding tool. The brief travels with the job so later drafts stay grounded in what you actually sell.
If the brief is vague, the silo will be vague. InstantSilo will not invent customers, prices, or performance figures you did not supply.
2. Structure
The studio proposes a pillar and supporting pages, with related keywords and intents as a research input. This is the map described in connected website structure and customer problems to keywords.
Edit the map before you spend credits on generation. Remove pages you cannot support. Keep one job per URL.
A sample silo in the studio is labelled as a sample and is not billed. Paid generation consumes credits. See pricing for Ship, Growth, Studio, and the one-time Vibe Launch.
3. Drafts
Generation writes long-form Markdown, metadata, optional images, and contextual internal links. A writing persona guides voice; it does not authorise new claims.
Read every draft. Cut ranking and traffic promises. Replace generic examples with the real offering. Confirm links point at pages you will actually export. InstantSilo’s own first self-silo needed that pass before it was fit to publish — that is why this /guides section exists as an edited library rather than a raw dump.
Nothing in the studio publishes itself.
4. Export
Download a studio package as:
- WordPress (WXR) — article bodies and featured-image references for import and review.
- Markdown — a file bundle you can open anywhere.
- JSON — article bodies and metadata for a custom importer.
- CSV — titles, slugs, and metadata for a spreadsheet review.
There is no public unauthenticated export API. There is no live export for other CMS starters on this product surface. Review imports on a staging site; permalinks and media paths often need a human.
What “publishable” means here
Publishable means you would put your name on the page after you review it. The SEO, GEO and AIO note covers how search and answer engines read that kind of page.
After export, you still need:
- A place on the site (a subdirectory such as
/guidesis a reasonable default). - Links from existing pages — this marketing homepage and footer now point here.
- A sitemap entry (this site includes
/guidesin sitemap.xml). - Time. Measure indexation in Search Console before you argue about position.

These six pages are InstantSilo’s own brief, run through that workflow, then edited. Use them as a reference for tone and limits, not as a template to copy into an unrelated industry.
